Client util reads today's colour from $lib/calendar (vendored calendar.json); data-lit app-wide so the wallpaper follows the calendar; automated AA-contrast check.

Runtime resolver: today (new Date()) → dayFor/colourFor → data-lit
Wallpaper + accents recolour offline
Church-colours preview in Settings
AA-contrast check across all six colours
