Expose the comparison engine over /v1 — cache-first like the rest of the API. Three modes plus the controls the UI needs. Depends on the Core comparison models + diff engine. Done when a client can request a calendar/rite/office comparison and get a diffed projection.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

AC amendment (roadmap v3): /compare/office headline pair = roman:rubricae-1960 ↔ roman:liturgia-horarum-1971 with a psalter-week alignment param; /compare/rite degrades post-1969 NO text panes to incipit+citation (structure/rubric diffs stay full-fidelity).
