Serve a standards-compliant, subscribable iCal feed of the liturgical calendar per system/calendar. Done when a calendar client can subscribe and see correct feasts that update on data-version bumps.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

AC amendment (roadmap v3): annotate fasting/abstinence days in the iCal feed.
