Problem

Launch requires human-readable docs covering authentication, endpoints, caching/ETags, rate limits, and the AUP, so developers can integrate without reading source.

Acceptance criteria

Docs cover obtaining a key, authentication, and quota/rate-limit behavior.
Each endpoint has a description, parameters, and example request/response.
Caching, ETag, and data-version behavior are explained for integrators.
A quickstart walks through the first successful call end to end.
