Problem

Clients praying the whole Little Office want all of a day's hours in one request rather than fetching each hour separately.

Acceptance criteria

An endpoint returns all LOBVM hours for a given date and language selection.
Hours are returned in their canonical order with consistent fields.
The response reflects any seasonal variation Core applies.
The endpoint is covered by tests asserting hour set and ordering.

Keep per-hour and whole-day projections consistent.
