Problem

A usable assembled Mass must let clients tell apart rubrical directions, who says each part (priest/server/choir), and what is sung versus spoken, so they can format worship aids correctly.

Acceptance criteria

Each element is tagged with its role and whether it is rubric, spoken, or sung.
The tagging vocabulary is documented and stable.
Tags are present across both Ordinary and proper elements.
Tagging is covered by tests.
