Serve each canonical hour (Matins through Compline) for a date/system. Done when a client can fetch any hour with its correctly ordered, provenanced, bilingual parts.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

AC amendment (roadmap v3): the hour set is edition-driven, not hard-coded (LOTH has no Prime, adds Office of Readings). Assembly reads the office-structure model per edition.
