Problem

Each hour draws psalms and antiphons from the psalter according to the day and rubric system. The Api must serve the correctly selected psalms and antiphons for the date, not a static psalter.

Acceptance criteria

Psalms and antiphons are resolved per the day/system via Core for each hour.
Psalm text and antiphons carry per-string provenance.
Seasonal and festive antiphon changes are reflected.
Psalter resolution is covered by tests on contrasting days.

The psalter scheme differs across systems; selection logic stays in Core.
