Problem

Beyond the psalter, each hour includes proper elements (collect, chapters, hymns, versicles) that depend on the day. These must be resolved and placed correctly within each hour.

Acceptance criteria

Proper elements are resolved for the date and inserted at the correct positions per hour.
Each proper element carries bilingual text and provenance.
Days with no special proper fall back to the ordinary correctly.
Proper resolution is covered by tests on feast and ferial days.

Notes

The collect should agree with the Mass collect for the same day where applicable.
