Problem

The Little Office of the BVM has a fixed but seasonally varying structure across its hours. It must be encoded as data so the resolver can produce its office parts.

Acceptance criteria

LOBVM hours and their parts are encoded as data
Seasonal variants (Advent, Christmas, year) are represented
References point to ingested Latin/English sources
Schema validation passes for the structure
