Problem

The LOBVM must resolve through the DO-format resolver and render bilingually through the assembler, end to end, as the pilot product.

Acceptance criteria

Each LOBVM hour resolves to its correct parts
Parts render bilingually with provenance
Seasonal variants resolve correctly
A worked example renders Matins and Vespers

Notes

Proves the resolver-assembler-source chain together.
