Problem

The Ordinary is the fixed framework of every Mass with conditional parts (Gloria, Creed). It must be encoded as data with its conditional logic so the assembler can build it for any day.

Acceptance criteria

Ordinary parts are encoded in order as data
Conditional parts (Gloria, Creed) carry their inclusion rules
References point to ingested bilingual sources
Schema validation passes
