Problem

The assembler must select the correct common variant for a feast and season and render it bilingually with provenance as the fallback for partial propers.

Acceptance criteria

Correct common variant selected by feast number and season
Renders bilingually with provenance
Integrates with the sanctoral fallback path
Tests cover a singular, plural, and Paschal case

Notes

Closes the proper/common assembly loop.
