Problem

Votive and requiem Masses are only permitted on certain day classes. The engine must report which optional Masses are permitted for a resolved day.

Acceptance criteria

Permitted votive/requiem options are computed per resolved day
Higher-class days correctly forbid most options
All Souls and funeral cases are handled
Tests cover a permissive and a restrictive day

Exposed so clients can offer valid choices.
