Problem

The Missal stack (Ordinary, propers, commons, votives, permissibility) is complex. Integrators need documentation to consume Mass output correctly.

Acceptance criteria

The Missal assembly flow is documented end to end
Proper/common fallback and votive permissibility are explained
A worked bilingual Mass example is included
Provenance handling is described
