Prime has variable psalms, a chapter, the short responsory, and the martyrology/chapter-office elements. It must render bilingually for any day.

Acceptance criteria

Prime renders bilingually with correct psalms and chapter
Festal vs ferial Prime psalmody is correct
Short responsory and versicle are included
Tests cover a feria and a feast

Martyrology text, if included, must be provenance-tracked.
