Problem

Vespers has psalms, antiphons, chapter, hymn, the Magnificat antiphon, and collect varying by day and season. It must render fully bilingually.

Acceptance criteria

Full Vespers renders bilingually for a resolved day
Magnificat antiphon and collect are correct per day
Seasonal variations are handled
Tests cover a Sunday, feria, and feast
