Problem

Because the office day starts the evening before, the evening of a given civil day may belong to the First Vespers of the morrow. The assembler must render the correct Vespers per the boundary.

Acceptance criteria

Evening resolves to First Vespers of the morrow when due
The correct day's antiphons and collect are used
The boundary matches the calendar engine's semantics
Tests cover an eve where Vespers belongs to the next office day

Reuses the v0.1.0 liturgical-day boundary.
