Problem

Feasts without full Office propers draw from the Commons of the Office (Apostles, Martyrs, Confessors, BVM, etc.). These commons must be encoded across all hours.

Acceptance criteria

Office Commons encoded for all categories and hours
Common categories align with feast categories
References point to bilingual sources
Spot-check confirms two commons across Matins and Vespers
