Problem

For each hour, the resolver must decide part by part whether to use the Office proper, the relevant Common, or the ferial/seasonal text, mirroring the Mass logic.

Acceptance criteria

Each Office part resolves to proper, common, or ferial text correctly
The applicable Common is chosen by feast category
Hymn selection follows season and feast
Tests cover proper, common, and ferial resolution
