Problem

The Breviary stack spans many hours, the psalter cursus, propers, commons, and hymns. Integrators need documentation to consume Office output correctly.

Acceptance criteria

Each hour's structure and assembly is documented
The psalter cursus and proper/common fallback are explained
A worked bilingual Vespers example is included
Provenance handling is described

Notes

Completes the Office documentation set.
