Problem

The Office for American Laity is Introibo's own arrangement, not a reprint. Its structure (which hours, which parts, simplifications) must be designed and encoded as data with editorial rationale.

Acceptance criteria

The lay Office structure is encoded as data
Each part references a Baltimore Manual or Bute source
Editorial choices are documented inline
Schema validation passes
