Problem

The pre-Lenten and Lenten ferias and Sundays (Septuagesima through Passiontide) are Easter-relative and carry distinctive ranks and violet colour. They must fill from the movable skeleton.

Acceptance criteria

Septuagesima, Sexagesima, Quinquagesima Sundays are placed correctly
Lenten ferias and Sundays through Passion Sunday are filled with correct rank/colour
Passiontide season boundary is set
Unit tests cover the full block for a sample year

Notes

Lenten ferias have raised rank under 1962 rubrics.
