Problem

Consumers must be able to request the monastic calendar and Office. The selector and contract stamp must support it.

Acceptance criteria

day() accepts a monastic calendar/Office selector
The active monastic calendar is stamped into the output
Defaulting and validation behave correctly
Test covers selecting the monastic calendar

Notes

Keeps the contract additive and backward-compatible.
