Problem

The resolver must produce the monastic Office's parts for each hour using the monastic psalter and structure, with the proper/common fallback adapted to the monastic books.

Acceptance criteria

Each monastic hour resolves to its correct parts
Monastic proper/common fallback is applied
Ferial and festal monastic psalmody is correct
Tests cover a feria and a feast hour
