Problem

The monastic system needs its own oracle. A reference fixture for the monastic calendar and Diurnal must be harvested with provenance.

Acceptance criteria

A monastic reference fixture is harvested for an agreed range
Calendar resolution and assembled hours are both covered
Provenance is recorded
Fixture format is documented
