Problem

The monastic calendar and Diurnal must be proven against the reference and gated so changes to shared code cannot regress them.

Acceptance criteria

Monastic calendar resolution is compared to the fixture per day
Assembled monastic hours are compared part-by-part
Divergences fail CI
The monastic system joins the CI rubric matrix

Notes

Extends the multi-system CI matrix from v0.3.0.
