Problem

The Easter octave, the Sundays after Easter, Ascension, and Pentecost with its octave are Easter-relative and white/red. This block completes the festal half of the year.

Acceptance criteria

Easter octave days are filled at first class
Sundays after Easter, Ascension, and Pentecost are placed correctly
Pentecost octave is filled per 1962 rubrics
Unit tests cover the block for a sample year

Notes

Under 1960 rubrics most octaves are suppressed; reflect that here.
