Problem

The long green season after Pentecost is counted by Sundays and ends by aligning with Advent. The variable number of Sundays and the resumed Epiphany Sundays must be handled.

Acceptance criteria

Sundays after Pentecost are numbered correctly for any year
The transfer of leftover Epiphany Sundays before the last Sunday is handled
Ferias are filled at fourth class green
Unit tests cover a long year and a short year

Notes
