Make every liturgical datum traceable to the printed source that establishes it — the authority moat. Complements the corpus generator (#38) and provenance work (#44): distinct from per-string provenance, this is per-datum citation (which edition + rubric establishes that a feast has this rank/colour/date). The SOURCES.md ledger already exists; this epic builds the model that cites into it. Done when no corpus datum can ship without a citation.
