Problem

Some feasts are movable but not Easter-relative: Holy Family (Sunday within Epiphany octave), Holy Name (first Sunday of the year), and Christ the King (last Sunday of October). These need dedicated placement rules.

Acceptance criteria

Holy Family, Holy Name, and Christ the King are placed by their Sunday rules
Edge cases where the anchoring Sunday is absent are handled
Unit tests verify each feast's date across several years
Ranks and colours match the 1962 calendar
