Problem

Gaps (a day with no office, a feast with no colour) must be impossible to ship.

Acceptance criteria

For every supported year×edition, assert exactly one principal office per day and a colour on every element
Assert every sanctoral entry has rank+colour+date; every referenced precedence rule exists
Build fails listing gaps
