Problem

Single-oracle or contested data should be surfaced honestly, not presented as certain.

Acceptance criteria

  • A datum may carry confidence: high|medium|flagged + an optional edgeCaseNote
  • Flags feed the coverage report and KNOWN-LIMITATIONS.md
