Problem

Oracles miss structural bugs.

Acceptance criteria

Invariants: exactly one principal office/day; every day a colour ∈ enum; Sundays never silently dropped; Easter ∈ [22 Mar,25 Apr]; Septuagesima = Easter−63; commemoration counts within rubric limits; leap-year bissextile placement (St Matthias 24→25 Feb)
Run over a wide year range
