AC amendment (roadmap v3 — throughput): add a checkpoint after the first ~50 sanctoral entries — measure cost/entry and re-plan if over budget.

The engine computes; the DATA makes it authoritative. This is the long pole for "100% accurate": author the actual 1962 sanctoral and temporal content, each datum cited to its source. Distinct from the generator (#38) — this is the source data the generator compiles.
