Problem

Consumers should see how the office of the day was chosen.

Acceptance criteria

day() can emit an ordered trace: competing observances, which precedence rule fired, ranks compared, occurrence/concurrence outcome, why commemorations were kept/dropped
Attaches as an optional output-contract slot

After #43 (precedence-as-data).
