Problem

Fast days, days of abstinence, and their interaction with Ember/Rogation/vigil discipline vary by edition/era.

Acceptance criteria

A per-edition rule model (fast / abstinence / partial abstinence) with the day-classes it applies to
Cited to the governing discipline (e.g. 1917 CIC)

Notes

Edition-scoped like other Layer-2 attributes.
