The Ordinary-Form calendar rules — a different rules engine, the #1 post-1.0 edition and the headline comparison target. Reserved additively; the Roman traditional engines are untouched. Done when a Novus Ordo year resolves its ranks, colours, and Ordinary Time correctly.
