Problem

Under 1960 rubrics only Christmas, Easter, and Pentecost octaves survive. The overlay must fill octave days for these and suppress all other octaves.

Acceptance criteria

The three surviving octaves fill their days at the correct class
All other historical octaves are suppressed
Octave days interact correctly with occurring sanctoral feasts
Unit tests verify a day within each surviving octave

Notes

Pre-1955 octave behaviour is added later in v0.3.0.
