AC amendment (roadmap v3): the comparison design must (1) reserve an edition axis incl. the 1965/67 interim rite; (2) model both 1962 and LOTH in the office-structure model; (3) headline office comparison = 1962 ↔ LOTH with explicit test cases: Prime abolished, Matins→Office of Readings, one-week↔four-week psalter mapping.

Gate the comparison build behind a dedicated clean-room design pass — as the ObservanceId grammar was. Produces the durable spec docs the model/diff/office epics build to.
