Problem

The Ordo Missae structured tree needs a committed spec before it is built.

Acceptance criteria

ordo-missae-model.md: the ordered URN'd part tree; per-edition presence/text/rubric/options/chant/actions; the identity-vs-attribute rule (the section-URN tree is stable; presence/text hang off per edition)

Uses introibo:rite-unit:<rite>:mass:ordo:<path>.
