The Order of Mass as an ordered tree of URN'd parts, with per-edition presence/text/rubric/options/chant/rubrical-actions — the substrate the rite comparison diffs. Sibling of the Ordinary text-assembler (#120/#121); shares the part vocabulary, adds an addressable, diffable skeleton. Done when the 1962 and Novus Ordo Ordines are encoded and diffable.

Epic — child issues are tracked as sub-issues.

AC amendment (roadmap v3): every structural unit carries a rite-neutral function correspondence tag (e.g. anaphora↔Canon, synaxis↔Mass of the Catechumens) so future cross-rite (East↔West) comparison aligns by function, not name.
