Problem

Every Mass part needs a stable section URN, ordered in a tree.

Acceptance criteria

Ordered URN'd part tree (…:mass:ordo:<path>), section URNs stable across editions
Per-node per-edition attributes: presence, text ref, rubric refs, options, chant ref, rubricalActions

Notes

A dropped section = absence at that node, not a variant URN.
