AC amendment (roadmap v3): diff nodes carry textAvailability per side (so "text differs but the NO side is citation-only" is expressible), and align by the function tag for cross-rite diffs.

Align two structured trees (two Ordines, two Offices, eventually two rites) by stable section URN — alignment by identity, not text similarity — and emit a tagged DiffResult. Rite- and edition-agnostic.
