Problem

Byzantine cycles are menaion/octoechos/triodion/pentecostarion, not temporale/sanctorale/votive.

Acceptance criteria

observance-id-grammar.md states Cycle is rite-scoped behind the rite segment
The grammar allows each rite to define its own cycle vocabulary
