Problem

Lower-class occurrences follow their own precedence and commemoration rules, including when a feria, feast, or Sunday coincides. These rules cover the bulk of the year.

Acceptance criteria

Second/third/fourth class occurrence outcomes match the rubric
Privileged ferias and Sundays are handled correctly
Commemoration vs omission is decided per class
Unit tests cover one collision at each class

Notes

Fourth-class feasts often yield to the Sunday or privileged feria.
