Scope

Represent the LOTH hour tree: Invitatory, Office of Readings, Lauds, a daytime hour (Terce/Sext/None, with the "one of three" rule), Vespers, Compline. No Prime. Benedictus/Magnificat/NT-canticle slots.

Acceptance criteria

The shared office-structure abstraction (see #301) represents both 1962 and LOTH with no LOTH-specific branches.
Prime-absence is data, not code.
Daytime-hour optionality is modelled (three hours available, one obligatory outside choir).
