Problem

After all rules run, the resolver must populate the day()'s four output arrays from the resolved state so the output contract has consistent input.

Acceptance criteria

celebration[] holds the office actually said
commemoration[] holds surviving commemorations in order
displaced[] and tempora[] are populated correctly
Unit tests assert the four arrays for a complex resolved day
