Scope

Two-reading structure (scripture + patristic/hagiographic), Te Deum rules, and a hook for the optional two-year Office-of-Readings lectionary cycle.

Acceptance criteria

Structure modelled; Te Deum inclusion rules cited to GILH.
Two-year cycle is a reserved hook (texts out of scope here).
