Summary

Operationalise the platform text-licensing model (see docs/design/text-licensing-model.md, authored in the v0.1 design wave) for the LOTH and all post-1962 texts: structure, incipits, pericope citations, and calendar facts are CC0; full post-1962 texts (MR 1969/2002, Neo-Vulgate, ICEL, LOTH) ship only under licence or from verified public-domain sources.
